I go back to college tomorrow! Christmas break went by so fast, and I can’t believe it’s over. Here are some highlights from my Christmas break….

My roommate and one of our friends stayed at my house for the first weekend of break. It was very fun! We watched Disney movies, Christmas movies, knitted and crocheted. We also drove around and saw Christmas lights.
During break, I was able to hang out with one of my friends from high school. She studied abroad in Europe this past semester, so it was awesome to hear about all of her adventures.
That Wednesday night, the children’s program at my church had a Christmas party. During one of the games, I became a Christmas tree :)
The second weekend of break, my family went to a state championship football game. We bumped into so many people that we know and the football stadium was gigantic; it was surprisingly fun (surprising because I don’t usually like watching football).
My brother’s birthday was during break. To celebrate, we traveled to a Six Flags park and spent the day there. The park was decorated for Christmas, and it was gorgeous!
The next day, we went to a Christmas party for my brother’s (and my old) youth group. I’ve known the girl in the following picture since she was born. She’s such a sweetie :)

CHRISTMAS!!!…with my family

…With my extended family

The following Sunday, my family and some of our friends went to a camp that had been decorated with Christmas lights and walked around there for a while. It was beautiful… and cold.New Year’s Eve happened, and we went to our family friends’ house to celebrate with them.

A few days later, my brother attended a youth group lock-in. There was an Instagram contest, so they were posting pictures all night. Scrolling through all the pictures, I felt like I was there. ‘Twas awesome. (I’m including this because the following picture is so amazing.)

My mom and brother went back to school this past week. My nanny job also started back up. Besides that this week was pretty chill.I was able to attend a middle school girl’s basketball game, which was a blast!

…Which brings us to the end of the break.I had so much fun these past four weeks. It was a time of laughter, rest, hanging out with family and friends, eating, and watching TV.

Anywho, now that you know what I’ve been up to, I want to hear about you!

What is your favorite memory from Christmas?
