…And it’s Christmas Time now!

*Whew* Finals were intense. The tests themselves weren’t that bad; I just hated how the only thing to do all week was just studying. That’s it.And all my friends were studying too, so I didn’t want to interrupt their studying to hang out with them.

There was nothing else to do. I couldn’t even go to class to pass the time! (And if I was wishing to go to class, you can bet I was bored!)

So, studying was really hard. Usually when I am busy with classes and Bible studies, I know I’ll have to study every second in my spare time; then I efficiently get work done. However, this week I had all the time in the world to study, and so I was a much bigger procrastinator than I usually am.

Does that ever happen to you?

Schedules = Very MagicalHaving to Study + Endless Free Time = Not so Magical.

Needless to say, I survived all of my tests. (I made good grades on them too! *Squeals*)

I packed up and moved out this morning, and I am currently sitting at home writing this blog post in front of my Christmas tree.  I’m at home for a month. A month. It doesn’t seem real to me yet.

I’m so scarred that I forgot something at Not Hogwarts that I’m going to need during this month. When I’ve gone home on the weekends, if I forgot something I could just drive back to Not Hogwarts since it’s only 20 minutes away.

My RAs took my key. (Well, they had to. My campus’ standard policy.)

I seriously cannot get back in to my dorm room until next semester starts.

That’s why this morning I stuffed all of my belongings into two suitcases, a duffle bag, and my backpack.

I’m sure I was quite the sight to see:
I fought with the luggage to get everything to fit. I lugged it all down the endless stairs of my dorm and dramatically drug everything across the wet parking lot to my car, while wearing socks with my roomie’s dress shoes (They were quick to slip on, and my flip-flops were packed, okay?).

I made four trips to get everything into my car. I passed the same girl on the stairs each time as she was moving her stuff out too. I’ve never seen her before. I think I made a friend today… :)

Anywho, I am SO EXCITED to be back to blogging!!

I’ve missed it so much! This Sunday, December 14th, starts my 12 days of Christmas series. I can’t wait! I love Christmas so much and am so excited to share it with all of you! And, eventually I’m going to be sharing lessons I’ve learned this past semester, for all of you who will be starting college soon. Be sure to check back for that as well.

Anywho, I’d better go now.

Merry Christmas and God bless!
