For those of you who have never heard of this award, it is for bloggers who had under 300 followers AND it’s a great way to learn about new blogs. {So go check out Emily’s blog!! She just launched it, and it’s super cool!}
So how this works is I answer the eleven questions Emily asked me, and then I list eleven random facts about myself. Lastly, I’ll nominate bloggers for this award.

1. What is your favorite thing to blog about?
I love blogging about adventures I’ve had. I like sharing my life with my friends and family and fellow bloggers :)
2. What is one of your guilty pleasures?
…Hershey’s Hugs. I love the white chocolate/ milk chocolate mix!
3. If you could go anywhere right now, where would you go and why?
Spain. We did a unit over Spain in Spanish class during my senior year of high school…. the history of Spain is so cool and the country is gorgeous! :) And it would be a fun place to use my Spanish.
4. Would you rather travel to the past or into the future? Why?
I would rather travel to the past. Like Pride and Prejudice era. That would be so cool!
5. How long have you been blogging?
I’ve been blogging since September 2014. So about nine and a half months!
6. What motivates you the most in life?
Jesus :) Seems like such a Sunday School answer, but it’s true! Without Jesus I would be nowhere, and I want to follow His will for my life. I think He’s the best motivator ever! :)
7. What is your favorite summer treat?
ICE CREAM SANDWICHES!!!! Those bring me back to the sticky summer evenings of my childhood
8. Who is the most inspiring person in your life and why?
My cousin Kelsey. She’s been through a lot, yet she still loves Jesus and the people around her. I think that’s amazing!
9. If you could redo any moment, what would you redo?
Hard question. I’m going to slightly tilt this question to mean “relive any moment” because if I could go back and be in the summer musical camp Brigadoon again, I would do it in a heartbeat. I would love to do that again! It was the best musical I have ever been apart of!
10. What is your favorite classic movie?
It’s a Wonderful Life. And The Princess Bride.
11. How do you think your friends or family would describe you if asked?
I don’t know… umm… Weird. Random. One who “loses the game” a lot. Loves Jesus. Disney obsessed.
Eleven random facts about me…
- I’m currently learning how to play the “Someone to Lava” song {from the short before Inside Out} on my ukulele! :)
- Speaking of my ukulele, her name is Barcelona. {Refer to question number three above. I love Spain :) }
- I like the middle school age group :)
- I love to wear the color grey.
- My favorite hymn is “Come Thou Fount.”
- I have never left the country… but that is going to change soon :D
- I once had a pet rock.
- I have five toes on my left foot.
- When I was in fourth grade I wished my name was Kayla.
- My church’s Vacation Bible School is happening this week… so naturally I have the theme song stuck in my head. We’re on a journey Oh oh oh oh oh. We’re on a journey OFF THE MAP! Gotta love VBS :)
- I have an addiction to fruit snacks. They’re just so amazing!
